Return Policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition, including packaging.
• Special orders and custom products are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Returned items and shipping charges will be automatically reimbursed upon approval.
• DR Acoustics reserves the right to decline reimbursement if the item or packaging is damaged.

Return Process

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing sales@dracoustics.com with “RMA” in the subject line.
2. Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
